Ira Elliot Corbett earned their AFA from Rochester Community and Technical College, and their BFA with a major emphasis in Ceramics and minor emphasis in Drawing from University of Wisconsin River Falls. Ira Corbett was the recipient of an URSCA grant through UWRF in 2019, as well as the Warren Mackenzie Advancement Award from Northern Clay Center in the same year. They have participated in numerous group exhibitions with their ceramic work, and are in UWRF’s private collection. Ira most recently traveled to Penland School of Crafts on work study scholarship.
